Please reply with answers to frequently asked questions about ddung - her measurements, what clothing fits her, and the like. You can also ask questions and someone will try to answer!

What are the dimensions of the ddung dolls (both regular size and the mini)? What are the ballpark price ranges of the ddung dolls?

The big size is 18 cm (almost 7 inches), the small size is 11 cm (almost 4.3 inches).

The price for the big one is about 20-50$, the price for the small one is about 15-20$.

This is what I've found around.

Does anyone know what the head circumference is for the 18cm dolls (around the head, as if you're measuring for a hat or wig)?

I don't have time right now but if I remember (!) and no one does it before me, I will measure a ddung head tonight.

I'll do it! Smile It's about 24-25cm bald and about 25-26cm including hair. I've not shaved my doll's head, but it should be approximately like that. Laughing

Finished it! Somehow, it ended up becoming a kitty ear hat instead of a bunny hat, though. LOL. Well, I've ALMOST finished it, that is. It fastens with elastic under the chin, and I left one side unsewn so when I receive my first Ddung, I can get an exact fit. Right now, I have to model the hat on my custom Pullip doll (the only Pullip I have). I have a few Ddungs on order right now. I chose red and white for the colors because I bought TrueFan's Earplug Santa Ddung, and I'm hoping the kitty ears will match her red dress.

Sorry this was posted in the FAQ thread. I probably should have just started a new thread for it.

ddung FAQs Empty Washing Ddung?

Post  chiepoo Tue Mar 13, 2012 10:29 pm

http://ddung.ca/how%20to%20wash.asp

I have three questions:
Does the site mean detergent as in dish soap or laundry soap? Can you use shampoo to wash her hair? How do you clean your dolls/any recommendations? I'd like to get the plastic-y smell out of her hair.

I would recommend Dawn dish detergent. Barbie collectors swear by it.
