Sweetie Lamb has very dark brown hair, and she comes with panties on underneath her dress. Her boots are fabric. She has a cute sheep backpack that has two shoulder straps and opens on the top. It comes stuffed with cotton fluff, but you could take out the cotton and fill it with whatever you want.
